- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Two-night minimum outside holidays. Tourist tax — €2.50 per adult per night, €1.25 for ages 7–18, free under 7 — is collected on arrival.
- Self-check-in from 15:00 with a personal door code sent the day before. Check-out by 11:00. Flexible either side on request if the schedule allows.
- Yes — one space at the charging point in the courtyard, and room for a second car by the front door.
- Yes. One cabin combining a Finnish dry sauna and an infrared sauna — choose which on the control panel. Towels, robes, and slippers are provided.
- A Type-2 wallbox on the house wall. 11 kW, free for guests, and enough for a full charge overnight. Tesla adapter on site if you need it.
- Not at the moment — the oak floors and linens are new. This may change for a second apartment down the road.
